Terms and Conditions

• The minimum purchase is £50 for 100 pixels (10x10 square), the maximum purchase is based on the remaining pixels.
• By ordering pixels you are renting space on our advertising grid to display an image and link to your website. You will not own any part or share of this website or business.
• Once submitted you cannot change your artwork or link for the duration of the advertsing period which is three years from date of publication.
• Once your pixel ad is published on to the advertising grid no refund can be provided.
• If you wish to remove your pixel ad then we will remove it on your behalf but no refund will be provided and you will not be able to replace the advert in the future or resell the advertising space.
• Your advert will be displayed on the advertising grid for a period of three years from date of publication.
• We reserve the right to decline advertising which is offensive, obscene or adult in nature. A refund will be provided or you may provide an alternative image and link.
• If your advert and link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to be offensive, obscene or adult in nature then your link will be removed until an alternative advert is supplied. Your advert will still expire three years from date of publication and no refund will be given.
• Images must be made to the exact number of pixels that you have ordered.
• Images must be in gif, jpeg or png format
• Images must be no larger than 20k in file size.
• No animated images will be accepted
• We can not resize, process or design images on your behalf. Any images not supplied in the format specified will be rejected and you will have to provide an alternative.
• Links must be to websites only and can not be to downloads, ftp, p2p etc..
• Advertising fees are non negotiable and no volume discounts are available.
• Payment is only accepted online via this website using credit or debit card. We will not accept cheques, cash, paypal or payment in kind.
• You must have the authority to publish your advert, artwork and link.
• Once funds have cleared we will aim to publish your advert within 24-48 hours.
• We reserve the right to remove adverts that point to websites that no longer exist or to companies that have ceased to trade.
